Employees are nice and helpful, the place is clean i like how they have little sanitation sanitation throughout the store incase your animal has an accident I was so relieved I was for sure worried because my dog likes to pee a little on corners of things. But anyway they have a nice variety of pet food and supplies. There prices are not bad nice to have clearance and what i really love is there app and rewards program I love the quizzes and games you can play to get points tourds coupons. But the one thing I dont like is how they changed the rewards system it use to be after so many 1,000's of points you get $5 off $10 off $15 and $20 off but now it's only $5 off only for 1,000 points.

I am no longer going to pet supplies Plus because when you use curbside pickup and you click the link that says you're there. You sit outside for 12 minutes waiting on someone to bring it out. Typically you have to call and tell them. Hey I'm out here waiting and they always say oh I didn't know our system must not be working. I've had a really bad experience a few weeks ago where they answered the phone and it was a older lady and she said that the girl at the register didn't know that she had to look at that notification and come out and bring a curbside order out to anybody and when the girl did it she had a little attitude. I have spent nearly $2,000 every year purchasing cat food, cat treats, cat toys, cat litter, you name it but no more. It's not a simple process where you can just place an order. Go pick it up. It's also when you order it they call you and tell you that they don't have this or that in stock. Would you prefer this or that? I work remotely and I don't have time to answer the phone about pet food. If you don't have it then you should send text messages or emails about your options calling someone in the middle of their work day. Talking about cat food is ridicu

I visited Pet Supplies Plus around 10:00 AM March 27th and was very disappointed with the overall condition of the store and the customer service I received. Several employees were standing around chatting and using their phones instead of helping customers or maintaining the store. The carpets were dirty and looked like they had not been cleaned in a long time, and overall the store appeared to be in rough shape. I also attempted to return unopened pet food, but was denied because I did not have my receipt. I was told it was store policy, which was frustrating considering the product had never been opened. What disturbed me the most was the animal section. There was a strong unpleasant odor, dead fish in multiple tanks, including dead betta fish, and even dead fish thrown in the trash nearby. I informed staff that there was a dead betta fish sitting on the shelf, but my concern was dismissed instead of being taken seriously. I really hope the animals are being taken care of because I’m a pet lover myself. I hope my concerns are managed well I don’t want to have to take further action. This was honestly a very unpleasant experience, and I left feeling disgusted by both the stor

The BEST pet store in the area - selection, price, and service are excellent. I love the coupons too. Grooming services are exceptional. Ashley is an amazing groomer.
